Meet your assistants

  • Rebeca D-T

    Owner and President

Rebeca was born in Guatemala and grew up traveling and living in Central America and the U.S. She was homeschooled and attended college in Miami, FL where she became a Registered Nurse, a career she practiced for 14 years before burning out and deciding to start her own Virtual Assisting business in Connecticut. She has years of experience managing teams of people, has demonstrated critical thinking, organizational skills, and is always eager to gain more knowledge and skills.

However, it is not all work and no play. Besides caring for her husband and 3 cats, she is a foodie who loves cooking, baking, and exploring many facets of Asian culture - which explains the obsession with anime, Korean dramas, BTS, and the never ending efforts to learn another language.

  • Brittany W

    Senior Virtual Assistant

Brittany is a West Coast girlie living on the East Coast.

She worked as a teacher for many years which has afforded her with great communication skills, multitasking skills, and people skills.
All of this makes her a fun and friendly virtual assistant that you'll immediately feel comfortable with.

When she's not working hard being a real life Leslie Knope (aka #girlboss) - you can find her playing cozy video games, planning her next Disney trip, and finding the funniest reels Instagram has to offer.

  • Hanah G

    Senior Virtual Assistant

Hanah has spent 10+ years taking and editing wedding photos, and creating content for social media… Or as she likes to put it; obsessing over aesthetics + algorithms.

If there’s one thing that managing brides (and more importantly, mothers-in-law) has taught her, it’s calm, clear communication and on the fly problem solving.

In her free time, Hanah enjoys keeping up on the latest Twitter drama, rewatching The X-files, taking countless photos of her cat, and is our resident office Swiftie.

  • Heather G

    Senior Virtual Assistant

Heather has worked a wide range of careers, including years of work in the hospitality industry, and eventually owning her own small business for over 30 years.

As a successful small business owner she understands the many hats someone in her position has to wear. Some hats fit naturally, some are more fun, and some are necessary to get the job done. She's looking forward to wearing some hats for you, or to help one fit you more comfortably.

As a self proclaimed lover of words, Heather enjoys reading, writing, and playing online games with her long-distance besties.
